A crew, not a call centre
TMEX Group is a family-owned civil and asphalting business based in Bathurst, running our own pavers, spray seal trucks and earthmoving plant across the Central West. We take on everything from council road contracts and commercial car parks through to a single residential driveway — the crew and the standard don't change based on the size of the job.
Being family-owned means something practical here, not just a line on a website. The person who quotes your job is usually the person who turns up to run it. There's no call centre and no account manager relaying messages between you and the crew — just a straight line to the people doing the work, and a phone that gets answered.
We're ISO and RMS certified, fully insured, and every piece of plant that turns up to your site is ours — run by our own crew, not hired in and not subcontracted out. If something isn't right, we come back and fix it. That's the standard we hold ourselves to, whether it's a council contract or a driveway.

8ft paver
Full-width paving for roads, car parks and large-format asphalt work.
4–6 man crew
Enough hands to run continuous paving — up to 300 tonnes per day or night shift.
2 × skid steers
Site prep, material handling and tight-access work.

Multi-tyre and steel drum for compaction to specification.
Spray seal truck
Purpose-built for primer seals, single and double/double coat seals.
Skid steer profiler
Surface profiling and removal of failed pavement.
Flo-con
Controlled aggregate spreading behind the spray seal truck.
Tipper trucks
Own fleet for material supply, cartage and spoil removal.
Float & drop deck
We move our own plant — no waiting on hired transport.
Certified to work on public roads
